On February 14, 2007, the registrant issued a news release announcing its
earnings for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the release
is attached as Exhibit 99.1. The registrant also announced that it will hold its
regular quarterly conference call on February 15, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. eastern
time to discuss its quarterly and full-year earnings. Those wishing to
