PART III - NARRATIVE

The Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB is under final review by Managment and the Company's outside audit firm. Both of the concurring audit partners are away and have not had adequate time to render their final review comments to the Company by the prescribed filing deadline. The Company expects the 10-QSB Report to be reviewed and filed on or before November 19th, which is the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
