“YPF S.A. sells its interest in Global”

 

YPF S.A. announced that the Board of Directors approved, in its meeting held on July 29, 2004, the sale of Global.

 

On July 2, 2004, YPF SA sold its 51% interest in Global for an amount of US$ 43 million (Ps. 127 million). As of June 30, 2004, the book value of Global was approximately Ps. 78 million.
