On March 25, 2009, Mr. George A. Sissel, a director of CIBER, Inc. (the “Company”) since May 2002, notified the Company that, after seven years of service, he has chosen not to stand for another three year re-election and will be retiring from the Board of Directors following the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 4, 2009.
