Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 23, 2009, David B. Crosier advised Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Company effective November 30, 2009 for personal and family reasons.  Mr. Crosier is a Senior Vice President of the Company and a “named executive officer” for whom disclosure was required to be made by the Company in its most recent proxy statement pursuant to Item 402(c) of Regulation S-K.
