Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On June 23, 2011, the compensation committee of the board of directors of CIBER, Inc. (“CIBER” or “the Company”) approved an award of 400,000 restricted stock units (“RSUs”) to David Peterschmidt, the Company’s president and chief executive officer in connection with its annual evaluation of his performance.  The RSUs will vest in equal quarterly installments over a three year period, beginning six (6) months after the grant date.
