On June 25, 2007 the Registrant issued a press release announcing the resignation, effective June 30, 2007, of Jacob Neuwirth (Noy) as Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant’s subsidiary, dsIT Solutions Ltd. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
