ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of China Mobile Limited (the “Company”) announces that the Company was notified yesterday that Mr Zhang Chunjiang, Vice Chairman and an executive director of the Company, is currently under investigation by relevant authorities due to suspected serious personal violations. The Board will closely monitor the situation and will make further announcement when appropriate.
