KeyCorp will review its performance and strategy at the Goldman Sachs US Financial Services Conference 2013 on December 10, 2013. A copy of the slides forming the basis of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and will be posted on KeyCorps website in connection with the conference.
