On February 29, 2016, Parsley Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing its participation at the upcoming Simmons 16th Annual Energy Conference in Las Vegas and the Raymond James 37th Annual Institutional Investors Conference in Orlando, as well as the posting of a new investor presentation to its website.
