Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2006, members of the company’s management reiterated guidance previously provided that it expects to be marginally profitable for the fourth quarter of 2006, that gross margins for the quarter will be in between 15-17% and that revenues for the 2006 fourth quarter will be between $55 to $60 million, most likely in the middle of this range.
