On February 25, 2008, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Laura Rossi has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Ms. Rossi, age 44, has served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and interim Chief Accounting Officer from March 2007 to February 2008 and has served in various accounting positions since joining the Company in November 2000, including Vice President, Corporate Controller from July 2004 to March 2007; Corporate Controller from October 2001 to July 2004; and Assistant Corporate Controller from November 2000 to October 2001.

Ms. Rossi has not been directly or indirectly involved in any transaction, proposed transaction, or series of similar transactions with the Company required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
