Remarks: This is a joint Form 4 filing.  Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC is the designated filer.  Additional filers include Boston Avenue Capital, LLC, Value Fund Advisors, LLC and Charles Gillman.  All filers are located at the same address as Yorktown.  In addition to the sares of TSC held by Boston Avenue as designated above, the following entities own the following number of shares: Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC = 319,500 shares of TSC common stock held directly.  Value Fund Advisors, LLC = 587,013 shares of TSC common stock held indirectly.  VFA is the investment advisor for Boston and Yorktown.  VFA disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares.  Shares Gillman = 587,013 shares of TSC common stock held indirectly.  Mr. Gillman is the manager and a member of VFA.  Mr. Gillman disclaims beneicial ownership of these shares.
