(1) (1) Prior to being appointed as a director and officer of the Issuer, Mr. Fagen purchased an aggregate of 78,000 common shares of the Issuer on the open market as follows: - On April 29, 2011, 5,000 shares at the price of $0.08 per share; - On May 10, 2011, 3,000 shares at the price of $0.085 per share; - On June 27, 2011, 20,000 shares at the price of $0.08 per share; and - On July 11, 2011, 50,000 shares at the price of $0.08 per share;
