Item 5.02. Departure of Officer
On December 2, 2013, Daniel F. Terry, Jr. (“Terry”) resigned as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Acquired Sales Corp. effective immediately. Mr. Terry’s day-to-day responsibilities at Acquired Sale Corp. will now be performed by our chief executive officer, Gerard M. Jacobs. There are no present plans to replace Mr. Terry nor to hire a new president or chief operating officer in the foreseeable future.
