GRUPO TELEVISA CONSUMATES AGREEMENT TO INCREASE STAKE IN CABLEMAS TO 100%
Mexico City, October 5, 2011 - Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (“Televisa”; NYSE:TV; BMV:TLEVISA CPO) announced today that all closing conditions and corporate approvals related to the merger of Cablemás, S.A. de C.V. which was announced in April 2011 have been obtained. Therefore the transaction has been concluded.
