(the “Company”) has issued a press release on September 24, 2008 announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on October 1, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
