JZEP has the opportunity to sell 928,584 shares of common stock in connection the Secondary Offering, as well as an additional 148,911 shares pursuant to the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters of the Secondary Offering by the Company and the stockholders participating in the Secondary Offering.
