Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 27, 2008, the Company reported net earnings of $2.3 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008, as compared to net earnings of $6.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2007. Net sales for the third quarter of 2008 declined to $312.2 million, compared to $319.3 million in 2007.
