INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On September 15, 2015, the board of directors of Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (the "Company") approved the reloading of the Company's equity incentive plan (the "2013 Equity Incentive Plan") and reserved for issuance an additional 8,625,393 common shares.  Please see the Company's Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2014, which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 2, 2015, for more information about the 2013 Equity Incentive Plan.
