By letter dated June 10, 2014, the Company reports that the Board of Directors, based on the fact that the objetive of share price recovery has been achieved, and in the context of a general improvement in the price of argentinian companies in the capital markets in the past few weeks, has decided to finalise the repurchase plan approved on July 25, 2013, modified on September 18, 2013, October 15, 2013 and October 22, 2013.
The Company informs that as of today, it has repurchased 4,904,697 common shares, equivalent to 0.8476% of the shares outstanding as of March 31, 2014, for a total amount of ARS 47,142,606.
