(1) | Reflects the issuance of common stock upon the vesting of performance stock units that are not derivative securities on June 30, 2007. The transaction originally was reported on a Form 4 filed on July 3, 2007 to report the acquisition of 661 shares. This amended Form 4 corrects the original Form 4 to increase the number of shares acquired by 167 shares to 828 and to increase the total number of shares held on June 30, 2007 by 167 shares from 23,607 to 23,774. The total number of shares reported on Table I on intervening Form 4s for Mr. Buettgen should likewise be deemed to be amended to include an additional 167 shares. |
