On March 3, 2010, eLong, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release regarding its fourth
quarter 2009 and full year 2009 unaudited financial results. The Companys press release is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, on March 4, 2010 (Beijing time), the Companys management
team hosted a conference call to discuss the press release.
