On February 17, 2010, eLong, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release regarding its fourth
quarter and full year 2010 unaudited financial results. The Companys press release is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1. In addition, on February 18, 2010 (Beijing time), the Companys management team
hosted a conference call to discuss the press release.
