In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of OFG Bancorp (OFG), up about 3.6% and shares of Signature Bank (SBNY), up about 2.6% on the day.
