Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure

OGE Energy Corp. (the “Company”) is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (“OG&E”), a regulated electric utility with approximately 777,000 customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas, and Enogex LLC and its subsidiaries (“Enogex”), a midstream natural gas pipeline business with principal operations in Oklahoma.

On March 10 and 11, 2010, the Company is scheduled to make a financial presentation with certain investors to discuss, among other things, the Company’s corporate strategy, OG&E overview and regulatory plan, Enogex overview and reaffirming the Company’s 2010 earnings guidance.  The Company’s 2010 earnings guidance is between approximately $265 million and $290 million of net income, or $2.70 to $2.95 per average diluted share. The key factors and assumptions underlying 2010 earnings guidance are discussed in the Company’s Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009.
