On November 13, 2014, United Parcel Service, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its long-term growth strategies and financial outlook, including the Company’s guidance for 2015 and its long-term financial goals for 2015 to 2019, as discussed at the Company’s investor conference held on November 13, 2014. The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
