On April 16, 2007, Mark T. Hooley, President of Wirth Business Credit, Inc. and a named executive officer of Winmark Corporation (“Winmark”) submitted his resignation, effective April 27, 2007. Winmark’s existing management will be assuming Mr. Hooley’s responsibilities after his departure.
