On May 1, 2013, Corporate Office Properties Trust announced that its operating partnership, Corporate Office Properties, L.P., priced a private placement to qualified institutional buyers of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its senior unsecured notes due 2023 to be issued pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.  A press release regarding this transaction is filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
