(2) These shares are owned directly by BML Investment Partners, L.P., a ten percent owner of the issuer. BML Capital Management, LLC is the sole general partner of BML Investment Partners, L.P. and Braden M. Leonard is the managing member of BML Capital Management, LLC. Mr Leonard disclaims indirect beneficial ownership of these shares of common stock except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this Form 3 shall not be deemed an admission of his indirect beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
