As previously disclosed in the Current Report filed on April 22, 2016, David W. Neu, a named executive officer in AmerisourceBergen Corporation's 2016 proxy statement, announced his retirement in the summer of 2016. Mr. Neu's last date of employment with AmerisourceBergen Corporation was August 8, 2016.
