Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 4, 2007, Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. subsidiary Lynx Aviation reported a delay in its initially forecasted timeline for completion of its Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) certification. Lynx initially expected certification prior to its published launch date of October 1, 2007. A press release on the delay of Lynx’s FAA certification is furnished and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
