On October 17, 2007, the registrant issued a news release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. The registrant also announced that it will hold its regular quarterly conference call on October 18, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. eastern time to discuss its quarterly earnings.
