On
March 31, 2008, LHC Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing that it has acquired 100% of the assets of Home Care
Connections, Inc. and Rivercrest Home Health Care, Inc. The acquisition
consists of four locations in Amarillo, Odessa, Uvalde and San Antonio,
Texas.
