On June 28, 2006, News Corporation issued a press release adjusting reported operating income growth for fiscal 2006 solely due to the postponement of the completion of a property sale in the UK. The property sale has been postponed because of the timing of regulatory approvals. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
