Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On December 20, 2005, Arrow Resources Development, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a change of the Company’s trading symbol to ARWD. Previously, the Company’s trading symbol was CNEI. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit. As announced on December 5, 2005, the Company changed its name from CNE Group, Inc. to Arrow Resources Development, Inc.
