eGain Communications Corporation entered into an Amendment to the Loan and Security Agreement (the “Amendment”) on December 28, 2007 that amends the Loan and Security Agreement with Silicon Valley Bank dated October 24, 2004. In accordance with the Amendment, Silicon Valley Bank modified the credit limit of the loan agreement.
