If the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option to purchase additional notes, we expect to enter into additional capped call transactions. The capped call transactions have cap prices 60% higher than the closing price of our common stock on June 8, 2009. These capped call transactions are expected to reduce the potential dilution upon conversion of the notes to the extent described in the prospectus under Capped Call Transactions. | |||
