OPTi, Inc. files for Arbitration against NVIDIA Corporation
OPTi, Inc. (the “Company”) initiated an arbitration against NVIDIA Corporation (“NVIDIA”) because the Company believes that NVIDIA has breached the terms of its license agreement with the Company dated August 3, 2006.
The Company issued a press release on December 10, 2009 attached as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the Company’s arbitration filing.
