(1) This option was granted on July 1, 1999 and vested ratably in a series of forty eight (48) successive equal monthly installments ending on July 1, 2003.

(3) This option vests over a period of four years as follows: twenty-five percent (25%) of the option vests on the first anniversary of service beginning on the "Vesting Commencement Date" (as defined in the Employee Non-Qualified Option Grant Agreement).
