On March 6, 2006 the Company issued a press release summarizing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2005. The Company has scheduled an earnings call with analysts to be held at 8:30 a.m. EST on March 7, 2006, which will be simultaneously broadcast on a link available through the Company's website at www.cogentco.com.
