(1) The exercise price has been amended as the reporting person owns greater than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the company and in order to be in compliance with requirements under Internal Revenue Code Sction 422, the correct exercise price is $69.30 which is 110% of the fair market value on the grant date.
(2) The "Date Exercisable" for this stock option has been amended to reflect the correct vesting date.
