Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Brad Krehbiel, President and Chief Executive Officer of HMN Financial Inc. (the “Company”), and Jon Eberle, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will make numerous presentations to individual investors at the D.A. Davidson 20th Annual Financial Institutions Conference in Denver, Colorado on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. A copy of the presentation slides, which will be discussed during these presentations, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The presentation materials are dated May 9, 2018, and the Company does not undertake to update the materials after that date.
