We are filing this extension in order to provide more time for a final review of our financial statements and the notes to those statements by our independent registered public accounting firm.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018, revenues increased approximately 131%  to approximately $330,850 over revenues from the prior year and loss from operations increased approximately 75% to $1,502,000 as compared to the prior year results.
