On September 8, 2010, Park City Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Randy K. Fields, Chairman and CEO, will host a conference call on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 to discuss the Company’s fiscal year 2010 financial results.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
