Attached to this report on Form 6-K as Exhibit 1 is the Underwriting Agreement dated January 8, 2009 by and among Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited (the “Company”) and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated relating to the offering of common shares by the Company.
