Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Representatives of Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the “Company”) will be giving a presentation to certain investors on January 8, 2019. A copy of the slide presentation they will use in their presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by this reference. The presentation does not provide information with respect to the final fiscal quarter of 2018.
