Geneva – April 3, 2019 – STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM), a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, announces that Mrs. Claudia Bugno, who was proposed to become a new member of the Company’s Supervisory Board at its upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) scheduled for May 23, 2019, has informed the Company that she is no longer available for appointment to its Supervisory Board. The Company will announce an alternative proposed member in due course.
