Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment

At its January 26, 2010 meeting, the Board of Directors of SIFCO Industries, Inc. approved the
appointment of Mr. James P. Woidke as its Chief Operating Officer, subject to the determination of
an appropriate effective date. The appointment was made effective March 15, 2010. The Company
issued a press release announcing such appointment, which press release is attached as an exhibit
to this Report.
