On November 14, 2005, Solexa, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2005. A copy of such press release, entitled “Solexa Reports Third Quarter Financial Results,” is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
